Shipping & Processing Information

At CompileCup, we create original designs made for gamers and developers — one mug at a time. Because every product is made to order, shipping may take a little longer than what you’re used to from large webshops.

🕹️ Processing Time

Each mug is printed individually and checked for quality before it leaves the studio or our printing partner. Due to the high volume of current orders, some packages may be shipped from a partnered printing location to ensure faster overall delivery.

Typical processing time: 2–5 business days

🚚 Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

In rare cases, split shipments may occur if your order contains multiple items produced at different locations.
